Spacious but walk up is killer
Pros
Spacious and right near the park and A train!
Cons
Super goes through your trash and publicly shamed people by putting their mail up on the wall for not recycling properly. I even saw that he put someone’s prescription meds bottle up on the shelf by the trash because they didn’t recycle it which is totally wrong
Advice to the owners
Stop going through trash

A good place to live
Pros
Supers and management are very responsive, great location, respectful neighbors, no major complaints.
Cons
Cockroaches are an ongoing battle, but the exterminator is available monthly.
