Family apartment building
Pros
All of the neighbors are friendly and we all look after each other. Also, it’s a rent stabilized building.
Cons
One of the tenants is very inconsiderate. They smoke cigarettes in the building, play music loud, yell at their dogs as training.
Advice to the owners
Make it a non-smoking building.
