Near all transportation. Building well maintained IMO.
Cons
Can be busy at times. Parking is extra.

Cons
Everything. Bedbugs, roachs, mice, rats, even a raccoon. No key to get into the building unless you fork over 150 dollars No one has ever gotten back a full security deposit claiming it was too dirty and repairs. Illegal modifications to a studio to make it an one bed room.
Advice to the owners
Run for the hills cause the city and state are coming.
