Horrible landlord and never got my security deposit back

Close to Broadway but still quiet
Cons
The landlord is incredibly unprofessional. I never received my security deposit back. Didn’t have heat for weeks at a time during winter. Landlord sends racist and inappropriate emails when he does communicate.

Cons
Unable to reach landlord/super Demetrios for weeks sometimes, horrific responses and interactions including not responding to legal notice. Many neighbors had mice and his solution was to put paper traps.
Advice to the owners
Do better please
