Fine building, but ghosted by mgmt constantly

Pretty clean building, has fine rooftop
Cons
Don’t expect to be able to reach management at all. We never had a response about service requests. The lease was ending in two weeks and we could not get a response about a renewal despite constant calling and emails, so I just ended up moving out.

Communication would be great

The super is terrible Cockroaches Heat and electricity go out randomly Super doesn’t fix anything that’s broken
