It was an ok place to live if you can disregard the mice
Pros
Huge apartment, responsive landlord, elevator works,
Cons
Mice everywhere, super takes forever to do anything, it's loud because of traffic

Nice co-op that needs new management
Pros
Love the pre-war building, with exposed brick. Most of the residents are friendly.
Cons
The management company is terrible. They ignore infrastructure issues; treat the Board like their staff, and have made .financial errors.
