Pricy but pretty good
Pros
Thick walls and floors, minimal noise issues. Rooftop access.
Cons
Low water pressure, springtime ant problem (taken care of fairly quickly)

An average landlord/building
Pros
The building feels newer than the surrounding buildings. The rooms have great ceiling height.
Cons
Management is not the most responsive, usually takes a few days for an email response.
