Decent building that could use a little more attention.

Good location by subway.

Owner not always responsive to reasonable needs of tenant.

Clean the common areas more often.

Great building, unscrupulous owner
Pros
Reasonable price for a reasonable apartment.
Cons
The building owner held 3 months of deposit and then refused to return it at the end of the lease term citing plumbing issues.
Advice to the owners
Don’t cheat people
