Awful pests and even worse management

Only that its in good location
Cons
Sketchy management company. Dont rent anything from first executive realty. Lures ppl in with affordable great apts then tells you it got rented and pushes you towards shittier options. Takes 10%+ broker fee. This building is infested with cockroaches. Old units and nothing is renovated. Took half my security deposit for throwing things out when i moved out bc the super had to do "extra work" as if it's not their job to dispose garbage from the tenant

The outside needs to pressure washed, needs better water pressure/bigger hot water heater
