Good apartment

Pros

- modern but prewar - central AC - great location - great price

Cons

Landlords aren’t /super/ responsive. Not that they’ll ignore you, but it usually takes a follow up email to get action on something that isn’t an emergency. I think they’re just very busy honestly. Besides that, no other issues!
