Pros
Management was responsive to negotiating rent during COVID. Spacious 1BR, wood floors, brick walls. Cat friendly. Regular exterminator service. Extremely friendly and responsive super. Great location
Cons
Severe water damage to ceiling/roof in common areas. Management has not adequately remedied fire/electrical hazards from water issues. Plumbing issues (pipe leaks, backed up bathtubs, toilet overflows causing ceiling leaks in apartments below). A few belligerent/confrontational neighbors. Poor security (persistent mail theft, broken deadbolts). Sometimes loud (garbage collection early in the mornings, honking commuters on 1st Ave)
