Update as of 8:24 AM, Sunday, June 4th, 2023: The management have not fix the leaks in the ceiling of the bathroom in the unit, also the elevator that leads to the 24 hours (that's right, the parking lot is open 24 hours, 7 days ) parking lot is just right below me - the noise is pestiferous. The elevator has been running early in the morning non-stop. The alarm in the parking lot and the banging noise of the elevator is too much. These security guards has to stop playing by getting on and off on the elevator when there are no incoming or outgoing vehicles. The noise disturbance - I repeat is pestiferous.The ringing noise disturbance that accompany it is intolerable. Update as of 10:30 A.M. January 22nd, Sunday 2023: They keep on neglecting repairs, and keep ignoring noise complaints since they allow hammering and drilling on weekends without work permits. They do not communicate about construction. The super does not do anything. Mails and packages keep on disappearing. Faulty elevators, animal fesces on the rooftop. Former review in January 2021: Nice neighborhood.

Be a good landlord.
