Awesome spot on the UWS
Pros
Rent has gone up $100 each year which I don’t think is bad. Landlord is extremely responsive. Safe area close to subway.
Cons
No washer and dryer in building. Lots of trash outside.

Great well maintained building with responsive LL
Pros
Clean building, responsive owner, thick walls, no pests. Has an elevator that always worked, garbage was handled regularly and halls were regularly cleaned as well. No issues with pests which is rare.
Cons
no laundry in building and back on building units were dark with limited light.
Advice to the owners
None there were no complaints
