Great Building!
Pros
It’s a smaller building with a live in landlord. It’s great because the landlord and the super are very accommodating. Anytime an issue comes up in your until they are right there to fix the issue. Everyone is very friendly and keeps to themselves.
Cons
Cashing the rent check can sometimes take way too long.

Automate the paying rent process
