Old building, but great street
Pros
This building is owned by a family (rather than a real estate company) and is still family-run. It may not be as well-kept as the brownstones on the rest of the street, but the location is great and the units have their original charm like a claw foot tub, beautiful hardwood floors, and crown molding.
Cons
I've seen a couple roaches, no laundry in unit or in the building, insulation could use some updating.
