good building for murray hill

enjoyed the doormen, they were all nice. package room was helpful. unit was clean

can be very loud

Best Location, Great Amenities, Affordable Price but too Noisy
Pros
2nd avenue is such a homey avenue, building has great amenities, rent and home prices are as reasonable it gets in Midtown, proximity to GC also a big plus
Cons
The fire station noise is non-stop
