Solid, UWS Building and Location
Pros
Ideal because of proximity to subway and area, and safe.
Cons
It tends to get a little cold since the heaters are older.

Awful humans running the place
Pros
Location is close to transportation, restaurants, bars and other local things.
Cons
Rude super. Owner is backed out of signed agreement. Trash piled up under the windows. No laundry room. “Neighbors” is a loose term for jerks that share a hallway.
Advice to the owners
Don’t be such a profit hungry jerk.
