Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants of buildings managed by Eric Bluestone commonly praise well-maintained, clean properties in convenient locations with quiet, friendly neighbors and generally responsive management. However, issues arise in certain buildings near noisy train tracks or highways, impacting noise levels and comfort. Some buildings face challenges with heating, A/C control, pest control, and water pressure. Communication and timely repairs are inconsistent, with some residents reporting delays or unresponsiveness. Garbage management and cleanliness vary by location, with a few complaints about upkeep in shared spaces. Overall, while many tenants recommend these buildings for location and staff friendliness, improvements in maintenance responsiveness and noise control are needed.

quite neighbors, great location, comfortable living space. friendly super. management pretty fast when it comes to repair or service requests.

Long island railroad behind building if you live in a c or d apartment youll definitely hear the train if the windows are open.

Beautiful Building. Amazing location. Annoying LIRR.

Pros

Everything is well maintained. Apartments are beautifully designed. Large windows. BIG CLOSETS! AC units.

Cons

LIRR shakes the building and it can be annoying now even more with the opening of the Grand Central station and more trains being added. This is for the apartments that face the tracks not sure about the ones that face Austin st.
