Not perfect but good for short-time stay
Pros
The heat is good in winter. The landlord will take care of garbage and clean the laundry regularly.
Cons
A neighbor make very loud noisy music until midnight sometimes. The apartment is near to road and many cars will make noises at nights. Bugs and mosquitos in summer time with no screens on window.
Advice to the owners
Clean the hall regularly and fix screens on window.
