Neighbors are awesome and kind and generally keto themselves.

Not clean in the entrance Some of the apartments are outdated There’s been an electrical fire Intercom system doesn’t work anymore

piece of shit landlord we almost all died in a fire started by an electric box fire in the basement due to an incredulous amount of cheap wiring and shitty installation throughout.
Advice to the owners
learn how to be a decent landlord instead of always going the cheapest route. good luck in court
