Not bad for a first apartment
Pros
- maintenance within the apartment is always ongoing so the apartment building is typically very clean - the super is very quick to respond to any ticket requests that are put in - noise levels are great/good mix of elderly adults who’ve lived here for years and younger adults - elevator is always working
Cons
- this isn’t much I don’t like - wish there was better management of mail but that’s tenant focused

Good newer building
Pros
Location, views of Manhattan, apartment layouts.
Cons
Rooftop is unkempt, property managers don’t like people using amenities, drafty windows.
Advice to the owners
Take care of common areas more and prioritize residents’ enjoyment of the space.
