Pros
I lived here for several years in an affordable priced apartment while the rents in the rest of Crown Heights skyrocketed. Every apartment in the building is owned individually and our landlord was easygoing. The building is mostly quiet and cleaned regularly, and in a central location.
Cons
The building is regularly thoroughly cleaned, but building management is kind of chaotic about small things- the buzzer system doesn’t work that well and the sidewalk doesn’t get cleaned when it snows. Package theft is also a big problem lately.
