Nosey Landlord
Pros
It is a clean building and if you're on the top floor you won't hear your neighbors.
Cons
The landlord runs the laundromat downstairs. She is extremely nosey and will watch you come in and out of the building and anyone who comes with you. She does not like guests! She made my boyfriend and I feel so uncomfortable to the point that we moved. Also, there is no noise insulation between floors. I was on the top floor so I didn't hear anything, but the neighbors on the 2nd floor would constantly complain of how loud we were, and we literally were some of the quietest tenants ever. Just walking around was enough to bother them.
Advice to the owners
Stop being like that!
