Huge bug issue and package theft!
Pros
The neighbors are kind, and mostly friendly or keep to themselves. They are decent apartments for the price and very close to a subway and some nice restaurants.
Cons
There is a massive pest problem that cannot be helped; there is often garbage outside the building; the lobby is often dirty; there is a huge issue with packages being stolen.
Advice to the owners
Focus on getting rid of the beetles and install cameras to prevent package theft!
Nice area but mind the rodents in the basement

Large apartments with lots of sunlight
Cons
The basement where the laundry is is entirely infested with rats/mice and the building refuses to do anything about it. The whole basement smells like feces and the ceiling is stained from the infestation. Going to do laundry is impossible due to the rats/mice. They have been issued health code violations numerous times and ignored them.

Get rid of the rodents
