Awful Management - You can count on your rent increasing by hundreds every year
Pros
It’s a generally nice apartment and close to the train.
Cons
The management company was awful to work with and they don’t care if there’s quick turnover of tenants because that means they can raise the rent even more.
Advice to the owners
Build a community over a profit.
