Management Unresponsive to Major Problems
Pros
- Nice neighborhood - Decent Appliances
Cons
- Our unit (and several others, from chat with tenants) has mice. Management has been totally unresponsive, claiming they'll send an exterminator and never doing it. After several months, units still have mice - Occasional cockroaches

Great little apartment
Pros
The location is great, walking distance from many subway options. Quiet in the back rooms and newly updated.
Cons
The landlord isn't always the most responsive, but he will get back to you eventually. The wiring in the building is a tad outdated, had a lot of wifi issues initially.
