Solid apartment building in Bushwick
Pros
Lots of amenities, great location, roof and gym were phenomenal. The building management is pretty nice and communicative. Also it’s rent stabilized for another year.
Cons
Loud garage door, sometimes recycling wasn’t taken out in time, at least one dryer was always broken
