No heat for weeks
Pros
Neighbors are nice. That is all.
Cons
Way too small, rent too high, heat was out for a long time in the winter without them fixing it, they don’t clean the hallways, allow people to smoke in the main door.
Advice to the owners
Update appliances, be responsive, fix things on time.

Cheap rent, location is good, some neighbors are nice

Pest infestation, renovations from 20 years ago, unresponsive landlord, some horrible tenants
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive, organized, and nicer to tenants who pay on time. Cleanliness is horrible, please improve.
