Pros

Quiet, clean, friendly neighbors, quick to respond to maintenance. I love living here.

Cons

Currently has a big pest problem :(

Negligent Maintenance Staff

Big apartments, privacy from neighbors

Cons

Maintenance needs to be called dozens of times for the most basic repairs, even emergencies like leaks.
