7 train is the same block.
Pros
It’s very close to the 7 train and there are a lot of restaurants and laundromats nearby.
Cons
The heat isn’t included because it’s with electricity, there’s a lot of roaches in the building. There is also not a lot of hot water. It feels like the whole building is sharing hot water.

Fraudulent
Pros
Super is nice but no English only Spanish.
Cons
Didn’t refund my deposit after I finished contract. They showed pre existing damages. Wasn’t worth going to court so I basically let them rob me.
Advice to the owners
Needs a complete renovation.
