Pros
Monthly pest control services and hall cleanings, laundry in the basement (paid), had a dishwasher, tall ceilings and lots of lighting, modern finishes
Cons
Super thin walls and incredibly loud neighbours depending on your floor, cockroaches in the basement but that’s nyc, water problems (multiple bathroom ceilings leaks throughout the building) 2 of which were due to the neighbours so not really on the building so much, only 1 issue was due to the building but they fixed it quick

Roof deck was nice before new construction killed the views and the vibe

RAT ISSUES (in walls and ceilings) EXTREMELY THIN WALLS NOT WELL KEPT
