Good space, bad landlords
Pros
Good, open windows (though poorly installed) with hardwood floors. Good location, friendly street. Nice rooftop views!
Cons
The landlords are negligent--our window broke from its improper installation during the coldest week of 2022 and it took them three weeks to send someone to fix it. Pests can be a problem--lots of mini-cockroaches if you don't see the exterminator (which the landlords didn't tell us we had until over a year after moving in).
Advice to the owners
Please consider quitting your job.

Good neighbors, sensible layout, roof access, free laundry in building
Cons
The landlord does not respond to work tickets and it takes forever for anything to get done. Their pest control is non-existent and we've had to manage our roach problem ourselves. It takes endless calls and complaints for basic stuff to get fixed. AVOID
