Great building, responsive management
Pros
- doorman - very responsive management in case of any repairs or other issues that arise - high ceilings
Cons
- building is quite old so there is some routine plumbing maintenance - radiator is quite loud

Great building, very effective management
Pros
- Doormen are very sweet and helpful - Management is very responsive, repair requests are usually fulfilled very quickly - High ceilings
Cons
- Pipes can be loud in the winter when heating is on but that happens in a lot of NYC apts - Old building so there are plumbing issues that can come up often but are dealt with very quickly
