Good place to live
Pros
Doormen staff are awesome, view is great, apartments are good size, laundry in building.
Cons
Management not always responsive, some laundry machines are more recently not operational on regular basis. Heating is expensive.
Advice to the owners
Ne responsive to tenants.

Absent and penny pinching landlord
Pros
Friendly neighbors that look out for each other.
Cons
Building is filthy, super is never around since all the other buildings he looks after are in queens. Nothing ever gets fixed, everything is a battle with landlord. Hot water is sporadic and pressure is very low when it works.
