Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by David Ogrin reflects a mix of strengths and challenges. Residents value the character, good location, and friendly neighbors, particularly praising the superintendents' responsiveness and care. Several buildings offer desirable amenities like laundry, elevators, and strong water pressure. However, persistent pest problems, especially mice and occasional roaches, are a common concern, with management's pest control efforts viewed as insufficient. Cleanliness and garbage management quality vary widely between buildings. Some tenants cite slow or unresponsive property management and issues with maintenance upkeep and noise control. Overall, renters can expect a generally friendly environment but should be prepared for occasional delays in addressing pest and maintenance issues.

Reviews

Charming but a little dirty

Pros

The opening has an amazing greenhouse and the super cares about the plants. The super is generally good at being responsive too. The building has a lot of character and everyone if very friendly in the building.

Cons

Definitely has mice problem. Had issues with flies and ants as well. An older building so random faucets or lights will stop working all the time. Property management company is hard to deal with.
