Best apartment so far!

Pros

Great heat (sometimes too much), amazing water pressure (had to get a new showerhead), responsive super.

Cons

Garbages are always full :( and neighbors aren’t super friendly (not rude either, everyone just keeps to themselves)

Pros

Apartments are spacious and relatively clean.

Cons

Never once met the super, had various problems over 3 years and no answer from the super. Management has held my security deposit for months on end with no intention of returning it when I left no damages

Advice to the owners

Get a better super.
