Great Building. No real complaints
Pros
The building is very clean. The super maintains the hallways and garbage well. Laundry room is well maintained.
Cons
No pets allowed.

Disgusting and dehumanizing building, avoid at all costs

Cons
Management is rather unresponsive and intentionally ignores tenants for reporting conditions like rodent infestations; there is so much trash piled up in the common area that you can’t be in the hallways without holding your breath or you might vomit. It’s rather dehumanizing when management ignores these issues and they persist for many months. I would avoid this building as long as it’s managed by this company.
