Decent place in Hell's Kitchen
Pros
Good location, next to everything. Did not leak heat/AC. Dishwasher works. Building management is fairly response
Cons
Tilted uneven flooring, sometimes leaky roof (during really heavy rains), somewhat unresponsive super, packages sometimes stolen
Advice to the owners
Respond to your tenants more often - even if you necessarily can't fix it right away.

Decent rent for a 4 bedroom Close to everything in Manhattan Good restaurants/take out

Small bedrooms Old building Close to Times Square
