Great on paper, until you spend some time there
Pros
Gorgeous building with top of the line amenities. Great design and great location, with superb views. The kind of buildings that wows you.
Cons
Management. While the concierge team is absolutely amazing, the maintenance team and management is absolutely terrible. Maintenance will always tell you that everything is “normal” because they’re too lazy to do any work / the building doesn’t want to fund the repairs because they’re cheap. The heat barely works during the winter and is non existent mid-season which makes it even worse. Water pressure is mediocre. Management is borderline insulting.
Advice to the owners
Revamps the management team and the maintenance team from the ground up - this building needs a major culture shakeup - maybe promote some people from the front desk who are extraordinary
