Rent is relatively affordable.
Cons
Noise level of neighbors and neighborhood. There was a gigantic hole in my ceiling and a flood in my bathroom for a month before it was repaired. Tiny garbage chutes.

Pros
Love the building - lots of orig detail in place, but still feels modern. Beautiful marble bathrooms The landlord & his team are the best I’ve ever had in 2 decades of renting. Responsive. Kind. Average / market value rent but when you add in how great they are, it feels like a steal. Worked with me when I was unexpectedly in a tight spot. Just the nicest people who care about their tenants. Never had a problem with critters, heat, water, etc.
Cons
Honestly, nothing. Maybe the car / street noise from union st but that’s about as bad as it gets.
Advice to the owners
Please don’t ever change. Y’all are literally the best.
