Fantastic landlord and management

Pros

Landlord and mgt are very responsive and quick to address any issues you bring-up and many premeditated ones. Some minor issues with ceiling leaks during heavy rain storms, but mgt is quick to send someone to fix the leaks.

Cons

No elevator in building.

Great home in BK

Pros

Location (close to park / subway), layout or of apartment, building feels solid, ample storage in basement, LL responsive to any issues, never feel unsafe in or around building, feels like a nice home

Cons

No control over heat, string of bad neighbors who are super loud and smoked inside (LL responsive and remediated), appliances (stove/range) and cabinets/countertop cheap and appear a bit shabby after a few years
