Good, clean apartment
Pros
Location is great. The general building was kept very clean, and never had an issue with any of the appliances.
Cons
The number of washers/dryers wasn't enough for the people living there.

pricey but nice
Pros
great insulation, central a/c, lovely rooftop, big windows
Cons
dryers almost never worked!!! very expensive.
Advice to the owners
Joyce was a bit intimidating, but overall really enjoyed living here.
