Major Roach Problems
Pros
Apartments are pretty spacious for the neighborhood.
Cons
Pretty bad roach problems in some units. Exterminator does coke once a month but it’s not much help. Also lots of noise comes in through windows if on the street facing side.
Advice to the owners
More vigorous extermination procedures.

Cons
No laundry No dishwasher in the apartment Walkup Struggle with responsiveness from property management sometimes Packages are pretty vulnerable
