I liked living here but it was loud. And incredibly hot. Good price though
Pros
- Lots of huge windows - Great roof - Big living room
Cons
- Extremely loud outside in the summer - Extremely hot in the summer. Hard to cool big room with so many windows
Advice to the owners
Install central air

Loud Neighbors and Dirty Place
Pros
Cheap and good for a single person.
Cons
The place was not well-kept and the neighbors in the building are loud and not respectful. Also, I have yet to receive my security deposit back.
