Pros
1. Biodiversity: rodents, cockroaches & others 2. Music from partying students inside the building & nearby restaurants on the street. Also experimental music from heating pipes (exclusively available in winter) 3. No elevator - enforced daily excercises
Cons
Unresponsive, dishonest management. Also they didn't return our deposit.
