Great landlord and super
Pros
Lidia and Nick were very responsive and assisted me in many minor maintenance tasks.
Cons
Its in the east village so sometimes it gets noisy. Also the floors are slanted, but that's new york for ya.

Good deal with a cost

Cons
Cockroaches constantly. It ruined any positive aspects of being in the apartment. We kept clean (very very crazily clean) as can be, as we somewhat anticipated it. It didn’t matter. We encountered cockroaches many times and they were huge and fast.
Advice to the owners
The whole building is clearly infested. Bring a serious exterminator. Not one who just puts sticky traps that are really for mice.
