Great building, ridiculous prices
Pros
I loved the building—beautiful exposed brick, good appliances, got tons of sun on the 5th floor, fun neighborhood. Exterminator came monthly, never any problem with bugs.
Cons
Even on the top floor you hear a lot of street noise. The heating is also loud, but we quickly got used to both. We moved to the building in 2020, and the following year our rent doubled.
