Good Building and Attentive Landlords

Pros

Really nice building with great neighbors. I love my apartment, save a few hiccups, but they're more than manageable. If there are issues, the maintenance team is incredibly responsive. In-building laundry has also been nice to have. Landlord has also worked with us on rent increases if we push back.

Cons

Small stuff here and there. Sometimes there are issues with the laundry machines. Operating the electric heating system can be difficult and spotty in the winter, but never too bad. Also, the noise coming from Flatbush Ave can be annoying at times.
