Drug addicts in front of the building and the front door is easy for people to push open so people who don’t live here can easily force their way in no key needed. Constant screaming and fighting in the hallways, the building is filthy, the front door of the building has no doorknob to twist open. Crackheads been living on the roof for months before the landlord just decided to get a lock. Don’t expect landlord to check on the building unless someone calls him (stair had a big hole in it for three days before the landlord got it fixed). The heat and hot water is in and out never consistent. Police constantly being called because tenants or fighting. Infested with HUGE rats and roaches and spiders. Mice can hide in stoves.
