Generally good, poor hot water
Pros
The heat is excellent and the building is in a safe neighborhood. Large apartments.
Cons
There is frequently no hot water, or it runs out quickly. Poor access to transit. Not a friendly neighborhood for people of color. Landlord has a criminal history - get everything in writing.
Advice to the owners
Fix the hot water.
